4. Territory of the Caribbean
The “Territory of the Caribbean”, the only remaining aboriginals’ territory on the islands of the Caribbean, is the real gem of Dominica. Recent geological formations that have occurred on the island are linked to the volcanic activity of 1929 – 1932’s when the volcano got a new dome. 6. Boiling Lake
Boiling Lake is one of the most popular attractions and one of the natural monuments in Dominica. This eerie-looking pool of bubbling, three-hour hike through thick forest, gray-green water lies at the end of a strenuous. But it’s worth visiting. The world’s second largest, Geologists believe the 63-meter-wide actively boiling lake and it is a flooded fumarole, a crack in the earth allowing hot gases to vent from the molten lava below. At the edge of the lake ranges from 82-92°C, the temperature and is at boiling point in the center. After rain, it becomes muddy and the trail becomes slick . Guides are highly recommended to visit it in the rainy season.

7. Victoria Falls
The Victoria Waterfall, in Morne Trois Pitons National Park, and one of the most impressive and photogenic waterfalls on the island. It is formed by the White River cascading over a cliff into a warm pool below. Because of minerals the water looks milky-white color. A 40-minute hike involves river crossings and boulder scrambling, so wear water shoes with good grip as the. Apart from these beautiful falls and the river itself are worth seeing. At the end with a dip in the warm pool, you can relax.
