- Arriving passengers must also carry the negative/ânot detectedâ result from a pre-departure only acceptable. COVID-19 RT-PCR test (taken 72 hours prior to arriving in Ireland)Â
- Passengerâs COVID-19 test result will be checked before boarding onto the airplane or ferry; itâll also serve as evidence to immigration officers at points of entry to the State. So donât slacken up with this procedure.Â
- Children aged six or below will be absolved from this requirement hence of test results currently Ireland.
- Home quarantine is legally subjected to all the passengers arriving in Ireland.

-Must book a Day 2 & 8 test kit, if transiting from non ‘red listed’ countries.
-Effective from 16 April, more strict measures are subjected onto the travelers who transited from, or passed through, a âred listâ country, in the last 10 days before arrival in Northern Ireland.
- Passengers who visit Northern Ireland from the Republic of Ireland must complete a UK Passenger Locator Form to enter the other side of the country.
