Kevadiya, in the state of Gujarat, is already home to the 182-meter-tall Statue of Unity, which is a popular tourist attraction in Narmada District. This prestigious landmark first opened to the public on October 31, 2018, but three new attractions have recently been added nearby the place that will draw a lot of tourists to the Narmada District. Maze Garden

The Maze Garden is spread over three acres of land with a total of 2,100 m-long pathways, making it the largest maze garden in India. The garden has been designed in the shape of a Shriyantra and it is believed that the yantra spreads positive energy around. 

In addition to this, around 1.8 lakh saplings have been planted in and around the garden, giving it an incredibly green cover.

  • Ekta Houseboat

Ekta Houseboat

Ekta Houseboat is the first houseboat service in the area in which a 90 feet long and 20 feet-wide houseboat will take you around the place. The houseboat comes with two well-furnished bedrooms, a dining room, a drawing room, an attached kitchen, a front deck, and an upper observation deck. This beautiful houseboat is a beautiful mix of Kashmiri and Gujarati art and culture.




A triple room set will cost around 50,000 for one night stay which also includes first-class hospitality and accommodation.

  • The Miyawaki Forest

The Miyawaki Forest is the third and last attraction added to the Statue of Unity. This Forest covers a total area of two acres with the aforementioned saplings also being part of this forest. The forest is named after famous Japanese botanist Dr. Akira Miyawaki, who developed an innovative technique of planting saplings by which a forest develops ten times faster and thirty times denser. The same technique has been used to plant saplings in the Miyawaki Forest. 

The Miyawaki Forest has a native floral garden, fruit garden, medicinal garden, timber garden, a special section of mixed species, and finally a digital orientation center.
