The airline will operate the route three times a week with its Boeing 767-300 aircraft, which can carry 204 passengers. Until now, Americans leaving the US could not fly directly to the famous island, often resulting in long journeys that include stopovers in major Spanish cities such as Barcelona and Madrid.
