5. Crown Sydney (One Barangaroo),  New South Wales, Australia

Merdeka 118 is entirely a retail business center with a total of 118 floors among which 5 are constructed underground. Around 100 stories of this gangling building are allotted as a rentable space among which 83 storyes are allocated as office space whereas 12 for hotel rooms, 5 floors for hotel residents, and on the top floor, there is an observation deck that offers the skyline view of the city.
